Good for business, some setup friction
I opened a Zakelijke rekening last month. The online application was straightforward, and I got the eerste jaar korting which was nice. Took about 3 days for everything to be fully set up, including the Betaalpas arriving. The Mobiel bankieren app is pretty solid and easy to use daily. I did notice the initial verification process felt a bit slow, but customer service was helpful when I called.
Consistent service for my ZZP
This is my third year with Knab, always for my ZZP bankrekening. They've been consistently reliable. The Boekhoudkoppeling works seamlessly with my accounting software, which is a huge time-saver. I also have a Spaarrekening with them now. Customer service has always been quick to respond when I've had questions, much better than ING I used before.
